Yes, our order minimum is $40.
Do you work out of a commercial kitchen?
Yes! We work out of Profound Foods, a commercial kitchen located at:
Fairview Town Center - 163 Fountain Court, Fairview, TX

What time will my order be delivered, and how will I be notified?
We will contact you via text on Sunday to provide your delivery window for Monday. Please add a note at checkout if you have any delivery time or scheduling requests so that we can accommodate when planning our schedule. Can I leave a cooler out for my order if I will not be home?
Yes! We are happy to place your order in a cooler for you to collect within an hour or so of drop off.

Can ZPalm place my food in my garage or kitchen fridge via remote entry if I am not home to accept my delivery?
Yes! We are happy to use a garage or front door code to enter your garage or kitchen to place your items in your fridge! Alternatively, we can call you when we are arriving for you to unlock your home remotely.

Does ZPalm Kitchen offer pickup?
We do not offer pickup at this time.

Does ZPalm Kitchen offer menu modifications for diets such as keto or other specialty diets?
ZPalm is a one man chef, so it is difficult to cater to individual and specialty meal diets and also keep up with our vast menu offers while executing all of our dishes to perfection. So, unfortunately no, we are not able to accept Keto modifications or other specialty diets at this time.
